IT Network Management

In addition to notifying your customers of incidents Comms-care are able to offer an IT network incident management service. This service will provide your customers with access to Comms-care’s skilled engineering teams to assist with the incident in question and ensure that any problems are quickly resolved.  All incidents will be logged and managed through the Comms-care Call Management System (CMS).

Through secure access to the customer infrastructure via one or more MPLS links, Comms-care is also able to use advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting skills so that any non-hardware related incidents can be identified.
